      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide strategic advice on global employment law matters including recruitment, terminations, and employee benefits
      - Develop and maintain employment policies and procedures in compliance with evolving laws
      - Collaborate with the People team to build trusted partnerships and address workforce concerns
      - Conduct legal research on complex employment law issues and monitor relevant legislation
      - Efficiently manage outside counsel and support various legal projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 10 years of relevant employment law experience with a focus on complex global workforce issues
      - Substantial in-house experience at a global tech or publicly-traded company
      - Deep expertise in employment law with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration across diverse groups
      - J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar (New York, New Jersey, California, Washington, or Washington D.C. preferred)
