What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage product liability, negligence, and insurance coverage litigation for the employer
- Oversee outside counsel and litigation budgets effectively
- Direct accident investigations, including retaining consultants and interviewing witnesses
- Draft and coordinate discovery processes while preparing corporate representatives for depositions
- Provide legal advice on insurance claims and a variety of legal issues to field personnel

What is Required (Qualifications):
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited school and admission to at least one state bar in good standing
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in defending product liability and negligence lawsuits
- Proven ability to manage litigation and coordinate discovery responses
- First or second chair experience at trial or arbitration
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
