What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes
- Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of solar installations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
