      About our group:

      This group will be a part of a large R&D Drive Engineering Operations team that is currently involved in building and operating Drive infrastructure for Seagate and customers. The R&D Drive Operations will support 24 x 7 Drive operations involving multiple Manufacturing centers across the world and support the storage needs of customers.

      About the role - you will:

      • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide 24 x 7 Operations support.
      • Work extensively in a group consisting of employees and third-party contractors working in shifts to monitor and maintain Inventory readiness.
      • Get on troubleshooting incidents calls to restore inventory.
      • Track and maintain Drive inventory Level Objectives. Maintain operational, reports and other visual and quantitative management tools to track and report on Inventory, service interruptions.
      • Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness of all incidents, escalations and events related to maintaining Inventory Readiness.
      • Work closely with the Drive Development
      • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to Drive Operations.

      About you:

      • Strong skills and experience in Inventory control processes.
      • Exposure to Monitoring and Logging tools (SAP , Eviance, Windchill and MSDS)
      • Used industry common monitoring and logging tools, such as SAP, Windchil and Eviance
      • Familiarity with Drive tracking database
      • 5+ years' experience in Drive Center Operations Chemical support.

      Location:

      The estimated base wage range for this position is $17.57/hr - $ 25.12/hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
