      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work directly with instructors to create and organize content and implement instructional technologies
      - Lead training and professional development sessions for faculty and staff
      - Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with learning technologies
      - Assist in designing and developing engaging learning experiences, both in-person and online
      - Support faculty development and engagement programs and activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 3-5 years of experience in training and development, or a degree in training and development or a related field
      - Proven experience with Canvas or other learning management systems (LMS)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external constituents

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
      - Experience in higher education settings
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to instructional design or emerging technology
      - Familiarity with e-learning, remote learning, and hybrid learning models
      - Proficiency in software tools relevant to online education
