What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze market opportunities and risks to drive profitable growth in assigned states
- Develop product strategies related to pricing, product offerings, and underwriting
- Collaborate with company leaders and subject matter experts to enhance customer experience
- Conduct competitive research to identify threats and opportunities in the market
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry with a focus on pricing and product analysis
- Bachelor’s degree with a relevant academic background
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of pricing techniques and insurance operations
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with effective planning and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in business or a related field
- Industry designations such as FCAS, ACAS, or CPCU
