      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, including digital marketing, visual merchandising, and promotional activities
      - Partner with the Key Account team to fulfill retailer business needs and support product launches
      - Manage LATAM regional translations across omnichannel marketing deliverables
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to submit and manage creative requests and marketing programs
      - Maintain marketing and merchandising calendars for accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the cosmetics/beauty industry
      - Experience with Sephora is a plus
      - Located in the NYC Metro Area with the ability to go into the office 3 days a week
      - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the Latin America region
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational/time management skills
      - Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
      - Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
      - Knowledge of the competitive marketplace and retail environment
