      Job Description

      We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team in Canton, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

      • Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
      • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
      • Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping
      • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
      • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
      • Operate and maintain equipment as required
      • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards
      • Assist in training and developing new team members
      • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
      • Collaborate with the management team to improve operational efficiency
      • Prepare and analyze reports on various aspects of the business
      • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

      Qualifications

      • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role
      • Strong leadership and team management skills
      • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
      • Proficiency in operating relevant equipment and computer systems
      • Solid mathematical skills for inventory management and financial tasks
      • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
      • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
      • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
      • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
      • Experience in conflict resolution and handling customer complaints
      • Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices
      • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
      • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred
