What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing teams of Brand Associates and Experts
- Own and manage assigned areas of responsibility within the store
- Implement action plans to maximize operational efficiencies and productivity
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom

- Experience utilizing retail technology
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams through coaching and mentoring
