      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of retail management experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
      - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a retail leadership role
      - Proven ability to drive metrics and deliver results
      - Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
      - Familiarity with retail technology and systems
      - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
