What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Brand Associates and Experts
- Own assigned areas of responsibility and implement action plans for efficiency
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Represent the brand while understanding the competition and retail landscape
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing retail technology
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around various store areas
- Previous involvement in community outreach or engagement initiatives
