  Assistant Manager

  This position will alternate between the Yorkville and New Hartford locations along with the Black River Rd and Erie Blvd locations in Rome, NY.

  Responsibilities:

  • Assist Store Managers with daily operations

  • Open and close the store as a trusted key holder

  • Train and mentor team members with ongoing feedback

  • Greet customers and help them through the car wash experience

  • Promote and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan

  • Guide vehicles onto the wash conveyor safely

  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility and grounds

  • Take on other duties as assigned

  What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of successful supervisory experience

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), UKG, and WashAssist preferred.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Strong work ethic and a team-focused attitude

  • Must be at least 18 years old
