- Process acknowledgement letters for Circle, Council, Affinity Group memberships, Annual Fund, and gift memberships.
- Create membership packets for Circle, Council, and Affinity Group memberships and complimentary memberships.
- Coordinate the merging/printing/mailing of monthly membership renewal letters for upper-level memberships.
- Record member communications and mailings in Raisers Edge.
- Create pledge reminder invoices each month in coordination with Manager of DMA Circle and Senior Director of Major Gifts.
- Track Actions and Proposals in Raiser’s Edge, as directed by Senior Director of Major Gifts and Manager of DMA Circle.
- Assist with member stewardship as needed.
- Oversee special printing projects throughout the year.
- Coordinate supplies and annual maintenance for development printers.
- Manage inventory of DMA Circle materials.
- Occasional evening or weekend work, in support of upper-level member events.
- Revise/edit development communication, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Raisers Edge or other CRM software
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with fellow staff members
- Team player approach to all projects
- Bachelors’ degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, preferably in an arts and culture organization with a membership program
- Raisers Edge knowledge preferred
- Compelling writing skills preferred

Position: Assistant Manager of DMA Circle
Reports to: Manager of DMA Circle
Department: Development
Classification: Non-Exempt, full-time
Benefits: Full Museum Benefits
Schedule: Standard office hours; Option to work remotely 2 days per week (Hybrid schedule) after 90 days following the start date
Salary: Commensurate with experience

The Assistant Manager of DMA Circle provides administrative and organizational support for all aspects of Annual Programs and Membership at the DMA including upper-level and affinity group membership renewal processes and benefits fulfillment and communications with individuals.
