      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify opportunities to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies
      - Develop self-service solutions to improve operational efficiencies
      - Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand performance metrics and drive business tactics
      - Create visualizations to enhance insights and storytelling
      - Analyze customer lifetime value (CLV) to inform acquisition strategies and reduce churn

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in areas such as eCommerce, subscription performance management, finance, or analytics
      - Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
      - High competency with scripting languages (e.g., SQL) and BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
      - Proven business acumen and ability to leverage analytics for decision-making
      - Experience in developing and maintaining financial models or business cases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - History of cross-training analytical and technical skills to junior talent
      - Ability to influence without authority as an individual contributor
      - Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., KNIME)
      - Demonstrated capacity to learn from failures and apply insights to future projects
      - Strong storytelling abilities for effective communication of insights
