What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Proven ability to drive results and meet business goals through metrics
- Demonstrated skills in coaching and mentoring team members
