1. To support National Sales Head through managing and controlling sales activity of Partnership Distribution sales channels
2. To support the National Sales Head to find strategic solution in region for growth of the business through the sales development of Partnership Distribution sales channels.
3. Working closely with Business Development manager and National Sales Head to identify, anticipate and develop specific needs in regional sales area about sales force activity across the business fronts, working closely to monitor of assessing, evaluating and development and roll out of the sales programs in regional sales area.a. Qualification :
1) Minimal a Diploma / S1 degree in any discipline
2) Hold a Life Insurance Certification by AAJI
3) Fluency in English both oral and written
4) Good understanding of MS Office
5) Good record as professional and individual
b Experience :
1) Minimal 2 years working in Life Insurance Company with 1 year holding a position of a team leader of a sales team.
2) Bancassurance experience is an advantage.
3) Building sales team members in achieving their target
c Knowledge :
1) Understand the general knowledge of life insurance
2) Motivator and team player
3) Excellent communication and presentation skills
