What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset
- Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Own assigned areas of responsibility and implement action plans for efficiency
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure standard operating procedures are consistently executed
- Represent the brand while understanding the competition and retail landscape
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with retail technology and systems
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams through coaching and mentoring
- Familiarity with metrics-driven results in a retail setting
