What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute merchandise assortments aligned with overall department strategy to increase earnings
- Collaborate with Design, Visual Merchandising, and Production partners to meet customer needs and profitability
- Review seasonal investment strategies with Inventory Management to protect growth drivers
- Analyze sales performance to identify business opportunities and risks
- Communicate effectively with external vendors to create cohesive product assortments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities
- Proven track record of driving results with financial acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional partners
- Strong product eye with the ability to identify emerging trends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retail merchandising or product development
- Familiarity with market analysis and customer insights
- Ability to present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
