What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist buyers and supervisors with day-to-day tasks related to TV/streaming video and audio investments
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, serving as the primary contact for all changes
- Manage a monthly budget and ensure timely payment of all bills
- Handle responsibilities for multi-million dollar budgets
- Proactively communicate and ask questions to ensure successful project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet firm deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math and financial management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is highly desirable
- Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented and committed to the team
