What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls in a professional manner
- Coordinate office activities, employee events, and schedules to ensure timely task completion
- Provide administrative support to VPs, including calendar management and correspondence handling
- Assist with new hire onboarding and technology setup
- Manage relationships with vendors and oversee office supply maintenance and building upkeep
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Passion for event coordination
- Experience in the construction industry preferred
- Ability to lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with construction project management software
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
