- Monitors the continuous production of product through the air graders, forming line and press.
- Monitors raw board quality
- Communicates with Press Operators to maintain stable and consistent production
- Identifies process variation, determines the source, and works to eliminate it
- Performs press / forming line housekeeping activities
- Performs basic maintenance related tasks
- Assists maintenance personnel in performing technical work
- Performs other related duties as required
- Requires 1 or more years in a manufacturing environment
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Requires good listening skills
- Requires good data analysis and interpretation skills

This is a 12-hour rotating night shift position working 7pm to 7am. The Assistant Operator assists the Operators in the operations of the Press, GTS and Refiner.
