Perform Month End Close Activities
Monitor SG&A and Balance Sheet Variances
Responsible of financial reports showing plant performance such as POC Review, Direct/Indirect Labor, etc.
Develop and maintain a structured process to ensure reports are adequately reviewed and approved, and all transactions follow internal policies and procedures, regulations, and accounting principles.
Responsible for ensuring development and maintenance of monthly PPV Forecasting and variance analysis reports for PPV.
Analyze standard and current cost differences and report information
Provide support to the Head of Finance for different tasks and reports
Perform monthly and weekly inventory and related financial reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Cost accounting.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management with varying degrees of financial knowledge.
Strong analytical skills and an attention to detail required.
High degree of initiative and flexibility to successfully accommodate deadlines.
Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
