      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Approve daily invoices and ensure the accuracy of accounts payables
      - Prepare and process tenant bill-backs, TI reimbursements, and check requests
      - Assist with property inspections and tenant move-in and move-out walkthroughs
      - Support the Manager and/or Director of Property Management with vendor bidding and contract agreements
      - Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding maintenance issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent 2+ years of commercial property management experience
      - Proven experience in providing excellent internal and external customer service
      - Familiarity with budgeting and CAM reconciliation processes
      - Ability to maintain complex spreadsheets and property certification tracking
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Yardi property management software
      - Knowledge of legal notices and property management regulations
      - Background in tenant relations and customer service in a commercial setting
