What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the review of project documents to understand project owner's goals and requirements
- Support the development of project execution strategies and collaborate with stakeholders on subcontractor needs
- Manage daily tracking of work completed and prepare status and progress reports
- Communicate important project milestones to the project team and maintain documentation of variances
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain bids and maintain client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a construction/technical-related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction and/or engineering
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically (16% - 30%)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Basic understanding of subcontractor solicitation and client management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification
- Experience with renewable project layout and engineering, particularly in HV, MV, and BESS infrastructure
- Familiarity with project scheduling systems (P6) and construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam Revu)
