What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate student placement for practicum and internship courses
- Review and approve students' clinical applications for practicum and internships
- Respond to inquiries regarding clinical experiences and provide guidance
- Maintain accurate records related to student progress in clinical placements
- Optionally teach courses in addition to the Clinical Coordinator role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Earned CACREP accredited Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision
- Counseling Licensure
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in office management software and Learning Management Systems, including Microsoft 365 applications, Tevera, and Blackboard
- Comprehensive knowledge of the mental health field and various clinical settings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of CACREP-accredited counseling programs
- Work experience in clinical mental health and/or addiction treatment
- Experience using Tevera for records management
