What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-quality online instruction and mentorship to graduate-level learners
- Develop and improve curriculum and course materials in alignment with program outcomes
- Actively participate in school governance and contribute to faculty committees
- Engage in scholarly activities to maintain expertise in the field and enhance teaching effectiveness
- Provide guidance and support to doctoral candidates throughout their dissertation processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Nursing or related field (PhD or EdD) required
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
- Two or more years of experience teaching online in higher education
- Experience writing curriculum and supporting learner success
- Active unencumbered current license as a registered nurse (RN) required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CCNE accreditation and knowledge of Next Generation NCLEX
- Scholarly writing experience and familiarity with APA 7th edition
- Experience in developing or teaching a BSN (Pre-Licensure) program
- Engagement in community service or professional organizations related to education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
