      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver engaging online instruction and maintain high teaching performance through course feedback
      - Mentor doctoral students and guide them through dissertation and capstone processes
      - Collaborate on curriculum and course development to enhance educational quality
      - Participate in school and university governance through active committee involvement
      - Contribute to professional service and practice within local communities and professional networks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Nursing (PhD, DNP, or EdD) and Master of Science in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution
      - Must hold an unencumbered RN license; Minnesota RN licensure required within 6 months of employment
      - Experience teaching in higher education and commitment to quality teaching outcomes
      - Proven experience with scholarly writing and use of APA 7th edition
      - Ability to contribute to diversity and cultural sensitivity within the academic community

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience writing curriculum and leading doctoral students
      - Three or more years of teaching in an online setting
      - Membership in an educational leadership organization
      - Experience presenting at professional conferences
      - Demonstrated leadership through team engagement
