SUMMARY
Rosemont College invites applications for a full-time faculty member in the Humanities at the assistant professor level. The faculty member should be student centered and have experience teaching courses at the undergraduate and throughout the humanities. We are particularly interested in a faculty member with the ability to teach courses in Holocaust Studies and Jewish Studies, as well as the ability to teach writing courses and communication-based courses. Ability to participate in Rosemont College’s Cultural Heritage Gallery with expertise in German Studies is highly desired.
The position also works collaboratively with members of the School of Graduate and Professional Studies (SGPS) including Student Services, Academic Support, and the Dean of SGPS.Review of applications will begin immediately and the position will remain open until someone is hired.
