      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage in online teaching and mentorship, ensuring quality educational experiences for learners
      - Facilitate doctoral mentoring and guide students through dissertation and capstone processes
      - Contribute to curriculum and course development, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards
      - Participate in school and university governance and take on leadership roles as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Education (EdD, PhD, or DNP) from a regionally accredited institution
      - Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from a regionally accredited institution
      - Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licenses
      - Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an online setting in higher education
      - Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in writing curriculum and scholarly writing using APA 7th edition
      - Membership in educational leadership organizations at national, regional, or local levels
      - Demonstrated commitment to service and practice in nursing, education, and leadership
      - Experience presenting at professional conferences on a national and/or local level
      - Ability to contribute to diversity and cultural sensitivity in the academic community
