      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department
      - Mentor graduate students in research and serve as an advisor for Master's and Doctoral thesis committees
      - Conduct and perform research aligned with the department’s strengths, leading to external grant support and publications
      - Participate in departmental, school, university, and professional service activities
      - Engage in local, national, and international professional conferences related to the discipline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Earned doctorate, or equivalent, in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a closely related scientific or engineering discipline by the time of appointment
      - Demonstrated potential for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at the university level
      - Expertise in broad areas of radar and remote sensing, including system engineering, hardware prototyping, and signal processing

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ITAR/export-controlled and/or classified research for the U.S. government
      - Strong collaborative skills and potential for interdisciplinary research
