      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Fulfill assigned teaching load in designated courses and oversee clinical education related to those courses
      - Participate in assessment activities for courses and contribute to curriculum improvement plans
      - Utilize various teaching methods to ensure students meet prescribed learning outcomes
      - Provide timely feedback and academic advising to students, maintaining regular office hours
      - Mentor students and faculty as assigned by the department or program dean/chair

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum three years of clinical supervision of speech-language pathology students at a clinical site or in higher education
      - At least three years of experience in speech-language pathology, including documented clinical practice
      - Possess clinical skills to foster a learner-centered environment and excellence in education
      - Knowledge of technological support and delivery of program services
      - Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders from an accredited institution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PhD/Ed.D./SLPD in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
      - Board Certification Specialty in Speech Language Pathology
      - Evidence of strong supervisory and management skills applicable to the program area
      - Knowledge of accreditation standards in higher education
