      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train, schedule, and provide leadership to diverse staff
      - Maintain a positive and safe work environment focusing on teamwork
      - Monitor staff training and various support documents
      - Collaborate with the Program Manager on financial oversight and program budget management
      - Interact respectfully with individuals served to enhance dignity and empower choice

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field
      - Familiarity with medication usage and side effects
      - Strong leadership and supervisory skills
      - Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a residential care or group home setting
      - Knowledge of Incident Reports and Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
