      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train, schedule, and provide leadership to diverse staff members
      - Maintain a work environment that emphasizes teamwork, cooperation, and safety
      - Address conflict and facilitate resolution while modeling professional relationships
      - Monitor staff training and support documents, including Incident Reports and ISP goals
      - Collaborate with the Program Manager on financial oversight and program budget management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field
      - Familiarity with medication usage and side effects
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven leadership and supervisory skills
      - Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a residential care setting
      - Knowledge of community and governmental agency resources
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to make decisions in response to incidents
      - Experience in developing positive working relationships with families and guardians
