      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train, schedule, and provide leadership to diverse staff in a residential group home setting
      - Maintain a work environment that emphasizes teamwork, cooperation, and safety
      - Monitor staff training, Incident Reports, ISP goals, and other support documents
      - Work with the Program Manager to manage client finances and program budget
      - Develop and maintain positive relationships with community and governmental agencies, families, and guardians

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field
      - Familiarity with medication usage and side effects
      - Strong leadership and supervisory skills
      - Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a residential care setting
      - Knowledge of financial management in care programs
      - Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and facilitate resolutions
      - Familiarity with licensing reviews and self-assessments
      - Proficiency in creating a positive work environment
