      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Train, schedule, and provide leadership to diverse staff
      - Maintain a work environment that emphasizes teamwork, cooperation, and safety
      - Monitor staff training, Incident Reports, ISP goals, and BSPs
      - Work with the Program Manager to maintain finances for each client and manage the program budget
      - Interact with those we serve in a manner that enhances dignity and empowers personal choice

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field
      - Familiarity with medication usage and side effects
      - Strong leadership and supervisory skills
      - Good organizational and decision-making skills
      - Ability to lift over 25 lbs and push or pull in excess of 50 lbs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Good math, verbal, and written communication skills
      - Ability to relate effectively with people served
      - Previous experience in a supervisory role within residential care settings
