      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the lead Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager throughout all phases of architectural engineering projects
      - Collaborate on the development of design and construction documents for bidding and construction
      - Transfer review comments to shop drawings and submittals during the Construction Administration Phase
      - Coordinate structural, MEP, and Civil Engineering drawings with Architectural contract documents
      - Identify and address architectural design problems and advise the Project Management team accordingly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or Engineering
      - Ability to work independently and under the supervision of a Sr. Project Manager/Principal-in-Charge
      - Working knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes related to various building projects
      - Understanding of Construction Drawing/Detailing of various building systems
      - Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills

      - Experience in basic schematic design, space planning, and programming skills
      - Familiarity with modern architectural/construction means and methods
      - Ability to proactively identify challenges and opportunities in projects
