      About the opportunity.

      As our Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with our Executive Director - Office & Industrial and wider PM team, assisting in all aspects of property management, tenant relations, and administrative tasks.

For the start of your journey, you will build an understanding of our business approach together with an awareness of our systems, processes and procedures. Our aim is to develop your skills progressively to learn all there is to know about Property Management.

      Key responsibilities include but are not limited to.

      • Assist in lease administration, including lease preparation, renewals, and amendments

      • Support the Property Management team in maintaining tenant relationships and addressing any enquiries and concerns

      • Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs

      • Coordinate and oversee tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space build-outs

      • Assist with financial administration, such as rent collection, budget preparation, and expense tracking

      • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure efficient property maintenance and repairs

      • Assist in the implementation of property marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants

      • Prepare regular reports related to property performance and provide recommendations for improvements

      What are we looking for.

      You’re currently working in a relatable/ similar role and are now looking to take the next step and expand your capabilities by working on high quality office and industrial assets. The ability to communicate with people at all levels will be crucial and we’ll expect you to have great time management and organisational skills.

      A Qld Real Estate Salesperson Certificate is required (or the willingness to obtain one) and you love providing outstanding client service.

      You genuinely love to help others and are self-motivated and dedicated to achieving the best outcomes.
