- Assist the Property Manager with various tasks and administrative duties as needed.
- Answer phone calls and emails from residents and potential residents promptly and professionally.
- Process work orders efficiently and ensure timely completion.
- Assist vendors by providing necessary property information and support.
- Enter data accurately for rents and invoices.
- Provide outstanding customer service to tenants and potential new residents, ensuring a positive experience.
- Demonstrate strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Certifications preferred in Fair Housing
- Property Management industry experience
- 2+ years customer service experience
- 2+ years administrative assistant experience
- Immediate availability!

Position Overview
Property Management Assistant
Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
Fulltime onsite, central San Diego
Duration: temporary to hire, looking for someone to grow with our team!
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Property Admin to join our client's dynamic team in Kearny Mesa. This position is ideal for someone with strong Customer Service skills and a passion for providing excellent administrative support within the property management industry.
ResponsibilitiesMonday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with availability to cover weekends if needed.
