      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the administration of records processing within student information systems
      - Update student academic records in accordance with approved requests from students and academic personnel
      - Resolve questions and concerns regarding student records, policies, or technologies related to the Registrar's Office
      - Process transfer credit and various documents related to academic records
      - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to FERPA regulations while processing student records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a university registrar's office
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
      - Attention to detail in processing student records and handling multiple tasks efficiently
      - Outstanding customer service skills and ability to collaborate with diverse populations

      - Familiarity with various computer applications and university software programs
      - Demonstrated sound judgment with sensitive information
      - Experience in a higher education environment with a focus on student services
