What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support compliance with product safety, social responsibility, and sustainability laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to administer key Compliance programs
- Analyze business data and regulatory requirements, articulating findings and developing options
- Maintain and organize records within Compliance Department systems
- Assist with third-party testing and factory social audit programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or legal discipline
- One to three years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, product safety, product development, or a related technical field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in product compliance, regulatory, scientific, legal, or product development fields
- Consumer products industry experience
- Experience with PowerBI, SharePoint, supply chain applications, or SAP
