What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support compliance with product safety, social responsibility, and sustainability laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to administer key compliance programs
- Analyze business data and regulatory requirements to inform compliance strategies
- Maintain, validate, and organize records within the Compliance Department systems
- Assist with third-party product testing and factory social compliance auditing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or legal discipline
- One to three years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, product safety, or a related technical field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in product compliance, regulatory, scientific, legal, or product development fields
- Knowledge of the consumer products industry
- Familiarity with PowerBI, SharePoint, supply chain applications, or SAP
