      Essential Duties

      • Responsible for supporting and meeting daily restaurant operations to ensure a superior guest experience in our dining room
      • Collaborate with the General Manager in analyzing and recommending methods drive sales, manage profitability, fulfill operating hours to include all controllable spending (payroll, COGS, invoicing)
      • Manage beverage program; maintain relationships with purveyors, manage and submission of inventory, participation in menu development
      • Assists the General Manager in hiring, training, developing, scheduling and evaluating employees through daily line-up, staff programs and daily evaluation of restaurant service performance
      • Enforces company standards, policies, and procedures, including sanitation, safety, dress codes, and cash handling
      • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback; effectively responds to and handles guest issues and complaints at all times acting as a brand ambassador
      • Encourages a positive work environment for all staff

      Role Qualifications

      Qualifications

      • 4-5 years restaurant experience
      • 1 year management experience
      • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
      • Ability to reach, bend and stoop

      Pay Range

      Starting from USD $60,000.00/Yr.
