- Accounting / bookkeeping certificate or diploma; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
0.8 FTE -Flexible Part time - Fixed term contract until 31 December 2025
HEO4 $71,460 – $78,326 FTE (pro rata at 0.8FTE) salary per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.
Finance is part of our Division of University Operations and provides strategic financial management, reporting, procurement, and transaction support services to the University to enable achievement of the University’s teaching and research objectives.
The Finance branch is responsible for oversight of the University's annual operating budget, capital budget, assets, and revenue through student fees and research funding.
There is now a great, Part-time fixed-term contract opportunity for a diligent and motivated Assistant Revenue Officer to join this high performing team.
Reporting to the Team Leader the Assistant Revenue Officer is responsible for invoicing and processing of revenue from student fees, research, and sundry income sources as well as debtor management and addressing related queries from internal and external customers and students.
