      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and update official student records, including transcripts, grades, diplomas, and registration data
      - Conduct transcript evaluations and verify graduation requirements
      - Coordinate production and distribution of academic documents such as transcripts and report cards
      - Respond to inquiries from students, families, and partner schools regarding academic records and graduation
      - Ensure data integrity within the student record systems and support audits of student records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 3 years of experience in registrar operations, academic records, or related K-12/higher education administration
      - Experience with transcript administration, graduation audits, and course scheduling
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and student information systems
      - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree
      - Experience with online or blended learning environments
      - Ability to adapt quickly and manage high-volume workloads efficiently
