      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily operations of the Bioanalytical Core facility, including maintenance of core equipment
      - Develop and optimize liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC–MS) methods and protocols
      - Train core staff in method development and operation of core equipment
      - Analyze and interpret data from experiments, preparing presentations of core services
      - Collaborate with research teams to plan experiments and communicate findings effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
      - Proven expertise in mass spectrometry techniques
      - Experience with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) for targeted mass spectrometry
      - Ability to process analytical data and perform quality assurance checks
      - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with the public professionally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with specialization in analytical chemistry
      - Post-Doctoral fellowship experience
      - Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in mass spectrometry
      - Proven project management skills in a research setting
      - Experience in writing grant proposals and research papers
