      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage daily operations in the Bioanalytical Core facility, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
      - Develop and optimize liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC–MS) methods for small molecule detection
      - Train core staff in method development and operation of core equipment
      - Collaborate with research teams to plan experiments and communicate findings
      - Prepare and analyze samples using various extraction and preparation techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
      - Proven expertise in mass spectrometry techniques, including sample processing in various tissues
      - Experience in project management and collaboration with research teams
      - Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
      - Ability to operate and maintain mass spectrometers and associated equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with specialization in analytical chemistry
      - Post-Doctoral fellowship experience
      - Minimum of three years of hands-on experience with multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) for targeted mass spectrometry
      - Experience in writing sections of grant proposals and research papers
      - Familiarity with quality assurance and control in data handling
