      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including hiring and supervising staff
      - Maintain high service standards and ensure fast, friendly service to customers
      - Execute food program operations to meet quality standards
      - Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
      - Handle cash management and bookkeeping tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
      - Previous experience in retail or management
      - Skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
      - Ability to handle food safely
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in leading and motivating a team
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively
      - Experience in cash-handling and bookkeeping
      - Knowledge of safety and security practices
      - Previous experience in a supervisory role
