What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and managing daily tasks
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff while providing guidance and supervision
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure fast and friendly service
- Execute food program standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle cash management and bookkeeping responsibilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability for full-time shifts including days, evenings, and overnight
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree(s) is a plus
- Experience in retail and supervisory or management roles
- Strong skills in recruiting, interviewing, and team leadership
- Ability to meet physical requirements including standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in food handling
- Proven ability to teach and motivate team members
- Effective problem-solving skills and a strong sense of safety and security
- Experience in cash handling and bookkeeping
