What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions
- Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met through continuous maintenance of the site
- Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks
- Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, and proper site usage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of customer-facing work experience
- Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in New York City and Brooklyn)
- High School diploma or GED is required; college education is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience preferred
