      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Produce sales gains by providing exceptional customer service

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Proven ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
      - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
      - Ability to operate a computer and relevant software programs
      - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 100% of the work time

      - Experience in a retail environment, particularly in a supervisory role
      - Familiarity with inventory management and loss prevention strategies
      - Skills in training and developing team members
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
