- Assist in driving all aspects of a high-quality guest experience
- Focus on maximizing team sales performance
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring design consultants
- Assist in training, coaching and developing design consultants
- Facilitate and support ongoing training with all design consultants
- Encourage and motivate design consultants
- Assist in weekly lead/business reviews
- Delegate tasks appropriately
- Effectively handles conflict
- Performs disciplinary action as needed
- Assist in maintaining operational and reporting standards
- Spends time acting as the Leader on Duty
- Other duties as assigned
- Demonstrates strong leadership ability and is highly driven to succeed
- Excels at delivering high-quality guest relations
- Strong organizational, time management, technological and communication skills
- Possesses the ability and desire to train, coach, develop and motivate others to achieve results

- Flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- $50,000 (minimum hourly base) - $100,000 annual
- Hourly/Non-Exempt
- Includes minimum hourly base and (if achieved) Monthly Sales Incentives and Quarterly Bonuses
- Compensation based on several factors including, but not limited to, experience, store volume, and location

The Assistant Store Manager provides support to all aspects of the Store Manager position. This individual drives an exceptional guest experience. This individual is committed to operational excellence and assists in maintaining all operational standards. This individual partners with the Store Manager regarding all functions and performs the role of Store Manager in his/her absence.
